The Outright Sale of The Controlling Interest in REO Picture Corp. producers and distributors of motion pictures for 7 million dollars. Purchasers led by Ralph Stolkin of Chicago include a Texas Midwest group. Hughes retains 24 percent in REO while Stolkin noted for credits with Radio Keith Orpheum.
