Walter Kas, 29, a Buffalo newspaper carrier, was struck by an eastbound freight while crossing Buckner Street in Dunkirk. He died en route to Brooks Memorial Hospital. Coroner Theodore Morse said the verdict would be accidental death from the rail incident.
