Augustus Jones died Tuesday at 11 00 AM at his home south of the village. He leaves a widow and one son Anirow and a brother. Survived by Oscar Jones of Columbus and two sisters Mrs Fyaline Sample of Columbus and Mrs Caroline Shouts of Charley Point Me. Jones had spent his life on the old farm and was well known in the locality. He had faced blindness for ten years yet continued his business affairs with integrity. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 PM at the home and 8 PM from the Columbus church.
