Newson Lincoln, administrator, will sell at public auction on September 5, 1920, at one o'clock in the afternoon, a parcel in Mina town Chautauqua County New York described by metes and bounds. The sale, under Surrogate Court order, covers multiple lots within the Windlake Lake area known as Little Corey, and includes boundaries and adjoining land deeds to Lafayette Knowles H.T. Case and others, with reserve to the highest bidder. The transaction is subject to Surrogate Court approval and is conducted by administrator William Marin, Mayville NY.
