Two Sentenced In Erie County Court
In Erie, Donald G. Din, 24, of Erie, was sentenced to 80 days in jail and fined $100 by Judge Burton R. Baul for driving with a suspended license. Din offered no defense when he appeared before the Ridge County court on September 4. In a separate action, Judge Laub ordered 16-year-old LeRoy Burns of Union City remanded to a probation officer after pleading guilty to burglary, for breaking into Phanco's Garage on September 6 and stealing $11.50 and a flashlight.
