In Erie County court yesterday a Col. man and five locals were fined and given jail terms for malicious mischief and burglary. Raymond Coatoam, 25, Wattsburg. Richard Davis, 33, Wattsburg. Keel Sammons, 21, Union City. Ernest Adams, 21, Corry. Robert Barton, 26, Union City RD1. each fined 25 dollars and costs and sentenced to two to 23 months. Adams and Jerry Howell, 20, Cambridge Springs, were fined 50 dollars and 52 costs and sentenced to two to 28 months for the July 2 burglary. three juvenile girls involved were referred to juvenile court. State Police from the Corry substation investigated.

Reed Lilley 11, son of Rodger and (Mrs) Lilley of Corry R D 1, was riding on Concord Ridge road when he swerved to turn into his driveway and collided with a car driven by Ernest Allen 22 of state R D 1 Corry. Lilley suffered lacerations bruises and concussion and was treated at Curry Memorial Hospital. car damage was minor and investigation continued.
