Defense questions abortion link and prearrangement evidence
The defense argues the commonwealth failed to prove intentional crime. They challenge the alleged prearrangement citing a telephone record between the Silver home and the Schytarta apartment the night of the first death. They question doctor conclusions on Mrs. Ostreicher's abortion and say there is insufficient circumstantial evidence to prove Mr. or Mrs. Schwartz involved.
