Patricia Ann Randall of Erie and Terry Koessling Briggs of Erie were married Thursday at 3 pm in Wattsburg with Justice of the Peace Norris Edwards officiating. The bride, a 1960 Corry Area High School and St. Vincent's Nursing School graduate, is an LPN at Western Reserve Convalescent Home. The groom, a 1961 Cambridge Springs High School graduate, served four years in the Navy and works as a tool designer at General Systems Inc. in Erie. They reside in Erie.
