Erie Man Held In Car Theft Case Followed By Virginia

Erie police hold 24 year old Clarence E. Cheeks who admitted stealing a car here last February and claims the same vehicle was stolen from him in Virginia a month later. An outstanding warrant was cited against Cheeks.
