Deny Charges of Awarding Illegal Contract
The state Justice Department denied that the Mines Department illegally negotiated a 14.2 million water purification contract with Westinghouse Electric Corp Aqua Chem Inc of Lebanon and Downingtown alleged the department failed to invite bids.
