The Erie County Retired Teachers Association will attend the Northwest Region annual meeting tomorrow at 12 30 p m at Cross Creek Country Club south of Titusville The speaker is Hon Richard Frame of Franklin a Senate Education Committee member The Concord Community Club also meets Friday evening at the Concord Community House Willard McCray urges members to bring cake for refreshments Rinse and dice dates or raisins for custard pies to top the crust. Bridge Scores At YMCA Fall Session
Tuesday Afternoon Duplicate Bridge Club held a four table Howell Master Point game at the YMCA. Winners include Mrs. Jack Osman and Mrs. F. H. Bartholme with 46 percent, Mrs. Jobn Mooney and Mrs. Grace Golden at 48 percent, and several other partnerships ranging from 43 to 44 percent. Next week’s game is scheduled with reservations handled by Mrs. Earl Haight. The annual fall luncheon is planned for October at noon at the Hotel Corry, with reservations by Mrs. O. A. McClintock.

Ministers And Wives Honored At First Methodist Reception
The Woman's Society of Christian Service at the First Methodist Church held a fall season reception in the Fellowship Hall. Mrs. Edmund Barr led devotions, with Mrs. Dale Hammerlee presiding over routine business. Rev. Walter W. Gilliland spoke on What Is A Methodist and Mrs. Gilliland on What Is A Methodist Woman. The event welcomed the pastor and wife and the new assistant pastor and wife Rev and Mrs Reggie Baker, with many new members joining. Refreshments featured decorated cake tea coffee nuts and mints amid fall flowers and lit tapers. Esther Circle chaired by Mrs. Harold Carr hosted.
