Howard L Harkless 41 his wife 48 and daughter Helen Harkless were treated at Jem Memorial Hospital Union City. Mrs Windy Kielhiger 23 suffered multiple injuries. The second crash near Riceville Corners involved the Harkless vehicle which went off the road and overturned.
