Admitting Gun Fire Incident Plea Guilty in Edinboro
Benjamin G. Fuller of Edinboro pleaded guilty before Judge Elmer J. Evans to aggravated assault and battery for firing a revolver at his wife, Nellie Fuller, on July 14. The weapon misfired, lodging in her purse, no injuries reported, and Fuller was sentenced to one year in jail.
