Innocent Plea in Delinquency Charge Before Alderman
Former Titusville man Emil Moore living in Warren County pleaded innocent to a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor on arraignment before Alderman N. Allen Lave. He was jailed in Titusville on $800 bail awaiting hearing. A second charge of issuing a bad check for $21 to a local firm was pled guilty with restitution promised. The delinquency charge stemmed from Moore marrying a 16 year old girl in Cumberland Md without her father’s consent.
