Two Members Honored By Corry Rotary Club Harvest Supper
The West Spring Creek Ladies Aid harvest supper is set for Saturday September 13 at 6 p.m. at the Spring Creek Sportsman's Club with invitations to bring a tureen and table service. Two longtime Rotary figures A M Litz and Lester Lopus were named honorary members for 44 years of perfect attendance and 10 international conventions respectively while Bruce Berry joined the club during last night’s dinner meeting at the Corry Motor Inn. The annual family picnic will be held the first week in October at the Rotary Club John McLean pavilion in Mead Ark.

Corry Historical Society Closes Museum for Winter
The Corry Area Historical Society met at Emmanuel Episcopal Church with president Robert Wank presiding. Twenty nine members attended as the Corry Area Historical Museum at Mead Park closes until spring and will reopen by appointment. Frank Grice presented color slides of Spain. refreshments were served by Mr and Mrs Robert Wank.

Nine Hole Golf Winners and Local Club Notices
Golfers attended a nine hole tournament won by Mrs. John Chillock with Mrs. Russell Casselt as runner up and a special award going to Mrs. Robert Bracken.
