HARRISBURG AP The 1 year old son of Pittsburgh Mayor David L Lawrence returned his driver's license after a July 27 speeding charge. The claim of a technicality prompted his father to defend punishment. The speedometer issue was tied to a state trooper vehicle overdue for periodic checks.
