Laurence Russ, 27, of Endeavor, pled guilty to driving while intoxicated and driving without a license before Peace Justice Harry Johnson in Ellicott. Arrested Saturday on Allen Street Extensions by Falconer Officer Sam Fonti and Officer Elmer Widhind, he was sentenced to 15 days in jail after unable to pay a $26 fine.
