The latest Thursday night attack on Ruth Andrews 19 occurred on a Parked street, with others in Lock Haven Bellefonte State College and Howard. Police noted the suspect was publicly observed, leading to his capture and later admissions of remaining assaults. The wave of street sluggings followed shocking local slayings earlier in the region.
