An elderly man, Nebraska Ware, 65, arrested on arson charges in Dunkirk, is held for FBI in a Portland Oregon murder case. A fugitive warrant, issued July 15 in Portland, charges him with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution for murder. Bail is $50,000. Ware to be returned to Portland after arson case.
