Secretary of Revenue Gerald A. Gleeson urged Pennsylvania drivers to complete semi annual vehicle inspections. Passenger cars expire January 31, with more than 3.5 million cars due for inspection this period. Over 10,000 inspection stations and about 35,000 mechanics oversee the campaign.
John Harper, 76, of Titusville, was found dead in the bathroom of his residence at 5 10 p m yesterday. Dr G M Sons Crawford County deputy coroner ruled death from coronary thrombosis. Harper, born May 18 1875 in Spartansburg, spent his early years there and lived in Titusville for 40 years.
