Stevedore Dies in Chair at Rockview Penitentiary

Charles Derméndan of Harborcreek Training School Erie County confessed to stealing cigarettes tobacco and matches from Franklin stores over several days. He led police to a bag of contraband found under a Breakneck Street bridge and claimed sources Froger's Loblaws and McCrory's.
