In Fredonia New York October 25 details emerged of a large fraud likely involving many in Tioga county Pennsylvania and Chautauqua county New York. The case centers on a $24 000 job offered by a Fredonia man and the alleged theft from I R Watson. Justice of the Peace Monroe presided as Dowdy alias Ry Lorin alias Ro Donovan faced charges. Investigation continues to determine other victims in similar schemes.
