A two car rear end collision occurred just south of Wattsbury at 12 15 a m yesterday. Kert L Sammons 29 of Union City followed William Rossey 19 of Cambridge Springs as Rossey stopped for a stop sign and Sammons could not stop in time. Damages were about 50 dollars to Sammons car and 150 dollars to Rossey car. Possible charges are pending after trooper investigation.

A 25 year old wife in North Philadelphia killed her off duty police officer husband, John F Connelly, after a quarrel over money for their three children. She claimed he dared her to shoot and that he turned away as she fired. She was charged with murder.
