Meadville October 43 A man who gave the name John Barnhart of Titusville was fined five dollars and costs and sent to jail in Magistrate Putcher's Court for stealing a small portion of cream from Water street doorway Thursday morning. Police had noted ongoing milk and cream thefts in the Water street area near Arch, and a patrolman spotted the suspect at about 6:45 as he detached a bottle of cream and milk and walked away.
