Norman Moon, a convicted courtroom killer of Judge Allison Wade, has returned to Warren. Former Farview State Hospital resident since 1957, Moon was part of eight patients transferred to Warren State Hospital from Farview. He shot Wade in 1954 during a non-support hearing, was sentenced to the electric chair but commuted to life, and has since lived at Farview with county covering his care.
