Haurishurg October 22 The State Milk Counter Commission announced a price increase for 12 marketing areas in Pennsylvania effective November 1. The order applies to the entire state except Philadelphia and raises producer prices by about six and a half cents per hundredweight with retail prices up three cents per quart. Chairman John M. McKee noted recent federal actions by the Office of Price Administration held up the increases. The amendments state no provision for approval by any other agency.
