A large wedding Saturday at 2 p m at St. Pauls Lutheran Church united Linda Ann Swart and Larry Kenneth Nichols in a double ring ceremony. Pastor Elmer A Ortner officiated as family and friends filled the reception for 225 guests at the VFW Post Home with blue and white decor and a tiered wedding cake.

Relief Corps Holds Session At Grange Hall
BasTHa McMicllan reports the Womens Relief Corps Auxiliary to the Grand Army of the Republic held an all day session at Grange Hall. A noon screen dinner was prepared by Mrs. Reynold Hamilton and Mrs. Marjorie Brown. The business was led by president Mrs. Wesley Willis. Merle Haskell received a five year bar pin and a member with 25 years earns another bar after each five year increment. Two get well cards were signed for Mrs. John Long and Mrs. Laura Jones. The charter was draped for Ida Heacock Baker and Mrs. Henry Hill won a special award.

Mary-Martha Class Holds October Meet
The Mary-Martha Class of the First Presbyterian Church met Wednesday evening in the church annex with fifteen members present. Officer Mrs. Ralph Vanderhoff led the business session and a nominating committee was named. Brides party aides and refreshments were noted, with out of town guests traveling from Jamestown New York Cleveland Ohio Warren Harborcreek and other towns. The couple will honeymoon at Niagara Falls and then live at White Corners Columbus. The bride, a 1964 Corry Area High School graduate, works for Corry Jamestown Corporation. her husband, also a 1964 graduate, works at General Telephone.

Covenant Circle Hosts Bible Study at Mrs Fehlman Home
Mrs Ross Fehlman hosted the Covenant Circle at 934 North Center Street on Wednesday afternoon with assistance from Mrs Robert Ott Sr. One guest, Mrs Ralph Van derhoof, attended. Mrs Harold Patterson led the Bible study with help from several members and the group decided to send cards to guests at the Presbyterian Home in Titusville. A family night dinner is set for 6 p.m. tomorrow along with the Thank Offering Lunch.
