County minor judiciary costs drop since 1969 says official
Erie County's minor judiciary costs have fallen steadily since 1969. County Controller A J Gehirein notes 1969 fees for fee justices were 90142, 1970 costs 31500, and 1971 projected 18000 plus 22000 for district justices. He warns the system still runs a deficit, with total district justice costs and reduced county receipts totaling over 40000 for the year.
