Oct 19 Iexpert testified before Judge Criswell that the Bellows will and related deed and power of attorney are forged. Albert S Osborne, noted NYC handwriting expert, testified that the documents are forgeries. Bellows, a 48 year old oil producer, died April 1 1922 after a long illness. His wife would receive the estate under the April will, while brothers and sisters oppose citing a prior will that kept Reno Pembroke oil rights in the family.
