Forest County tract sold by court at Mount House
The Forest county land and mining equipment near Howenul Jenks were sold by order of the Court of Common Pleas. James Liehtengorge, receiver, oversaw the sale at Tioviedta with Mrs S Newhall representing bondholders. Out of town attendees included Harry Hy Weasel and others from Philadelphia Boston and New York. Sale proceeds totaled 60000.
