Driver Thomas A Pavinski 24 and passenger George Selby 26 were treated for minor injuries and released. Police say Pavinski failed to negotiate a curve and the car rolled over.
Shirley Ann Wheeler, 24, facing a 20 year term for having an abortion, is placed on two years probation and ordered to return to Morganton North Carolina. The case rests on a 103 year old Florida statute restricting abortion and imposes a $525 defense cost with nightly curbs.
