Elizabeth Bentley is confined at home with injuries she recently sustained. Friends in the city will regret to hear that Mrs. God’s father of Mrs. Le Alexander is reported to be seriously ill at the home of his son, Ford Cody, at Conneaut.
A notice in the Western District of Pennsylvania announces J Wood Clark as clerk. Cora J Wood of Erie County seeks a full discharge from debts under the Bankruptcy Act. Known creditors and interested parties are directed to appear in Pittsburgh on November 16, 1933 at 10 a.m. to show cause why discharge should not be granted. Case No. 10704.
Eric Leon Osborne, 25, was caught in the Rudolph Tarecki residence on West Sixth Street Friday night and arraigned before Alderman Eugene Mberstadt on counts of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony. Osborne admitted a September 20 robbery of the Alex Jarecki home. A local watchman alerted city police when he found the intrusion.
