Erie Doctor Denies Hospital Sought Abortion Permission

Erie Osteopathic Hospital denies applying for a state abortion license while Dr Joseph Namey accuses a rival hospital of performing thousands of abortions. Pennsylvania health official Al Tucker lists four Erie County facilities with alleged permits, but Namey claims no such application exists and vows staff action if any doctor performs abortions locally.
