HUBERALL West Virginia five men were burned, one seriously, when a series of blasts sparked flames at a natural gas plant. No injuries among 140 local children at a nearby two room school. The fire started as vapor and liquid from a gas tank ignited, apparently by sparks from a gasoline engine.
