White Lines Replace Yellow Lines In Fog Areas
The Lightly department will substitute white lines for yellow lines in fog prone areas. Secretary Mary Hughes announced that broken yellow lines will be replaced with broken white lines and solid white lines will indicate danger. The plan covers fog districts on secondary roads first, with uniform white lines after yellow paint is exhausted. An additive reflects at night and the experiment will study wear and visibility before wider use.
