Man Surrenders to Authorities in Murder Charge
A man named Bellavia surrendered to county authorities in Dunkirk after a fatal shooting at Navarra farm near Silver Creek on September 6. Navarra and his wife were attacked at their Bellavia residence, Navarra dying from five gunshot wounds while his wife was wounded. both were beaten. The surrender was arranged by attorney Robert P Galloway and took place at Mayville jail.
