Notably, a Texas New Mexico Pecos River apportionment was consented on June, while a Yellowstone River compact among Montana North Dakota and Wyoming was authorized for negotiations. Colorado Kansas Arkansas Arkansas River and Upper Colorado River Basin agreements also received action. The long delayed Colorado River compact remains tied to earlier terms and state approvals.
