Man shoots estranged wife then kills self in New Jersey area
A 44 year old man identified as William Gaston Rodgers Jr shot his estranged wife three times wounding her critically, then shot himself dead. He had moved to the area weeks earlier from Bayside New Jersey. A male visitor was also targeted and a car chase ended with Rodgers dead near his vehicle. The wife was hospitalized at Riverview in Red Bank in critical condition.
