Fragmentary OCR item about local event or notice

A partial readable fragment describes a local event or notice with limited context. It mentions entities and places in sparse terms, suggesting a small community news item or public notice without full details.

Fragmented Local Notice of Event and Dates

Readable fragments describe a local event in a Maryland area with unclear party names and dates. Other details are obscured, but the notice mentions a payment and a public proceedings context. The text lacks complete names, places, and specific actions due to OCR damage.
