The Corry Industrial Division of the Chamber of Commerce unanimously selected John Blackson and Associates of New Castle to submit a cost proposal for a housing shortage study. The plan outlines evaluating incomes and age groups, selecting a site, and pursuing federal programs with Blackson offering to underwrite half the interest and reduce it to three percent.
