Angler scar and hospital aid after scalp wound incident
Curtis Protet of Fitsburgh was treated at Meadville hospital after a fishing accident when another angler’s cast pierced his scalp and pinned his hat. He returned home after medical care. A separate note mentions Woolworths selling colored crepe paper for a cent and local sale ads for a trailer house and equipment from Thomas Motor Co. Also, C E Rafter, long patient at Corry hospital, moved to his apartment at Hotel Corry. The Doral Sunday school class plans a Wednesday meeting at Mrs George Andrus’s home at 555 East Main Street. all members urged to attend.
