Williamson faces robbery kidnapping and unauthorized use of a vehicle charges with bail set at 10,000. She was unharmed.
A late weekend stretch sees student David J. Waler, 19, of Edinboro State College, jailed on criminal mischief after punching through a display window at Paul’s Men’s Wear.
