St. Marys Pa Oct 2 Navy pilot Ed ward G. Finnigan escaped injury after a forced landing on a state highway 15 miles south of St. Marys. Finnigan was flying a training plane from Sidney N. to a Michigan field when he swerved to avoid a pedestrian and struck a culvert.
