A deadly fire in New Haven Kentucky engulfed the Louisville and Nashville House owned by J T Beavers. Mrs Beavers three children and her sister in law Miss Bosie Beavers died. the father escaped by leaping from the second story as walls collapsed. Approximate loss is $60,000.
Jamestown resident Ernest G Williams aged eight died here last evening at about two o clock at the home of M R Roraback. Williams had been ill for several weeks with a serious ailment and his death was not unexpected. The body was cared for by Alexander Co and will be interred in Jamestown after a brief prayer service here. Mr Roraback left for Jamestown to complete funeral arrangements.

Noohester residents thank Beaver Valley motorman for quick action as P. R. T. Express No. 10 collided with an open trolley car. The motorman shouted reverse and all passengers jumped before the trolley stalled on a crossing. The car was demolished and wreckage blocked the track.
