New York Nov 28 Westins House Elestine Corp says it will borrow 2500 000 from four institutional investors to fund expansion. Stockholders will vote December at East Pittsburgh Pa to raise authorized debt to 500000000 from 150000000 with a possible additional 50000000. Expansion aims at 296000000 and 97 projects to lift productive capacity by 50 percent and provide working capital. Wage hike push in Philadelphia as CIO United Steelworkers seek substantial rises and benefits in 1959 deals beginning December.
At the United Nations General Assembly the Western Big Three accepted an AsiaArab plan for private armament talks. British minister Selwyn Lloyd announced Western acceptance for the United States and France as well as Britain. Pakistan Iraq and Syria had previously proposed the private talks two days after Russian opposition.

Williston, president and managing officer, and is aimed at meeting the hospital’s construction cost schedule.
Washington reports a major purge in the tax collection service as President Truman and James B. Dunlap remove 31 employees, including James G. Smyth, for alleged mismanagement and corruption.
