Governor Marti granted a reprieve before the second date.

The War Finance Committee announced Sixth War Loan progress with sales totaling 22 008.25 dollars. Bond sales reached 19 250 dollars from res Wound G bonds, bringing the city’s known total to 42 52.50. Sub committees are mobilizing stores, businesses, and factories to sell stamps and bonds, with chairs and volunteers listed across town and neighboring townships to canvass and promote bond sales.
