Restocking under way after Ju niata fish kill settlement
The Pennsylvania Fish Commission began restocking the Juniata River after a pipeline spill. More than 1,200 smallmouth bass fingerlings were placed using an $18,500 settlement from Buckeye Pipeline Co.
