Deputy Charged In Auto Theft
Jamestown Nov 26 A deputy, John Palmer 49 of Jamestown R D 4, waived examination and was bound over for grand jury action next week after being charged with stealing a $1400 automobile from a local used car lot. The vehicle was found abandoned on West Sunrise Street. Palmer was released on a $1000 property bond. Also reported Jacob Leonard Replogle industrialist and former steel salesman died at 72 in Palm Beach Florida after influenza complications at Savoy Plaza Hotel.
