The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled the 1947 community property law unconstitutional as vague and unenforceable, voiding its provisions. It upheld two other acts allowing municipalities and school districts to levy taxes on already taxed property and confirming life insurance investment powers within limits, stating the tax changes would violate state constitution.
