Alec Vannie 25 of Seager Hill Conewango is hospitalized with flesh wounds from a hunting accident near her home. Her sister Margaret Cornwrast of Conewango says both women hunted yesterday. the shotgun discharged when she tripped, pellets striking Vannie in both legs and the right side. Condition not serious. Both women described as experienced nimrods.

The Military Order of Cooties held an officer installation for the coming year at the Veterans of Foreign Wars hall. Guests Eddie Arnold state vice commander and Lyle Estes stump jumper of Warren Pa attended. Local Fup Tent No 62 was invited to entertain veterans at Warren State Hospital Saturday evening and transportation is available through Alfred Cone.
